I went in once to get an alignment and they said i needed to have my struts and strut mounts replaced before they could do my alignment. they wanted to charge me 1200 bucks for it. I went elsewhere for the struts and strut mounts (spent 500 bucks). I returned for the alignment and they said it wasn't possible after I waited an hour and half.
