Brought truck to a new mechanic. Told me tires had water in them. Tire kingdom was told the truck shakes bad at 55. They put the tires on. There air has condensation in it. DO NOT GO
DO NOT GO HERE - DISHONEST - My car needed an oil change. Thought I'd try Tire Kingdom especially since Oil Change and Tire Rotation only $25. Robert H. called me after about 30 minutes and told me the car was leaking oil after the oil change. He said the threads were stripped on the oil pan. I told him the car NEVER leaks oil. He told me the oil pan needs to be replaced and parts and labor is $743. I told him to leave the car alone. Buyer beware stay away from this service facility management and technicians are terrible you'll go back three times for the same problem even the technician told me to go somewhere else that this facility is junk and the management is terrible. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Do not go there! Worst services ever!! Specially, manager has bad attitude to the customers, and he was ripping off from customer and refusing to give any deals. He does not respect the customers. Why would you wanna go back there? I didn't want to give any stars because they don't deserve it, but I had to put at least one star.
