Shop is lazy or incompetent. Went in on Sunday due to a nail in the tire. They called back and said they couldn't plug a tire. When we back and picked the suburban up we then overheard them telling another woman they couldn't plug her tire too. So they just put on the spare. On Monday I take the tire to another tire shop who plugged the tire no problem. Really? If they can't plug a tire as a tire shop then I wouldn't trust them touch any other part of my car.
