If you can get someone on the phone, they will make you an “appointment” with little identifying info- tell them you are planning to wait for a tire balance with tires off the vehicle already, have them clean, weights stripped, ready to be spun. Show up before said time- end up waiting 15 minutes extra anyway for anyone to even show up. Watch 3 other customers show up, then leave because no one was there.
