Awesome service as always.
Went get a patch on a tire. Came at 5pm talked to one of the techs and then entered building. Both employees were on the phone for over 25 min didn't acknowledge at all. Then tells me has no time cause now its 5:40. Super disappointed had a nail in tire even the tech marked the spot. Plus they charge 32 bucks cause they take the tire off.. what a joke!! So I went up to discount tire and they took care of me after closing. Won't get my business again and they are 2 mins from me.
5 stars 5 stars!! Chris and Justin, specifically, were just awesome. I brought my car to them pretty late on a week night and they took care of me right away with no hesitation. They offered a solution that was efficient and effective, all the while looking out for both cost and longevity. I’m so grateful for their help and consideration!!
Had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom, staff was terrific!
My 2 rear tires were coming apart, I called this store and Justin went above and beyond to get me tires on the same day. Justin and his team are amazing. 10/10 for customer service. There are shops nearer to me but I always choose to drive the extra miles to this location every time because of the excellent customer service and friendly staff.
