I’ve been coming here faithfully for my oil changes and now I have engine issues??? Had to take my Jeep to the dealership for a tapping noise due to not putting enough oil during an oil change... I had to dish out $2600 for something Tire Kingdom didn’t do properly!!! I’ve reached out to corporate who sent me to the claims department. The manager, Dursammy Warnamally - aka Sammy, is not knowledgable enough to handle sales or manage mechanics. He was pleasant but over his head. Not satisfied with or confident that work was completed properly. Arrived at 7:30 am. No one in line in front of me. Alignment, four tires, and an oil change took over 3 hours after I was promised 90 minutes max. Mechanic worked as though he was was mounting tires for the first time.
