I go here 1st ever for an oil change and tire rotation ,they call me and tell me I need break pads front and back trying to get me for $ 300.00 . I go for a second opinion and my break pads are fine . Tire kingdom Is rip off .Great try - trying to rip me off -but didn’t work !
I've been going to TK/Sawgrass for 3 years, but no longer. Refused to rotate my tires because I had a shock that was leaking and rubbing on my tire!! Can you believe they told me that? Had my car checked and all struts and shocks are fine. What a scam! Dripped oil all over my engine and didn't clean it up. Won't be back, not that they care, they'll just find another victim.
My husband had a nail in his tire so he decided to go to tire kingdom because he had purchased road hazard. Manuel told him that it couldn’t be fixed and that he had to purchase a new tire for $220.00 the tire is only 16 months and was purchased there. Needless to say he went to discount auto parts and bought a plug kit for $20.00 and fixed it himself. We have been loyal customers for 6 years and will never go back. It’s disgusting that they would rather make money than to be honest with their customers.
Walked in was greeted. Got tires was in and out. Would go back. Love the staff. Was very honest. Would recommend to all my family and friends. The one in sawgrass. Going back for oil change.
These people are rip offs, total scam artists. I went there to get a conventional oil change at $20 , and because I am a woman they tried to take advantage of me and say the manufacturer requires me to get a synthetic oil change at $69 . I told him no I've never paid that much and it's recommended not required . I may be a female but I know my stuff. Don't let them get you for your money, come in there armed and knowledgeable.
