Been coming here for the last 4 years. Will never come back. Worst experience ever after scheduling an appointment to just patch a tire. Turned into 3+ hours of nothing being done! Don’t usually leave negative reviews, however, this was worthy of it, unfortunately.
Not very confident in the service I did receive today. Went to have a tire plugged, dropped the car off while I went to work for a few hours. I missed 2 calls, voicemail from mgr said it was leaking by the shoulder and would have to be replaced. When I called back to discuss options, the manager was on lunch break and the representative who initially answered put me on hold to contact him to see what was going on.
