This has been my personal experience with the Tire Kingdom in Saint Cloud, FL. Since my complaint appears to be due to a company-wide policy, this might be true for all locations. When we had Tire Kingdom put new tires on my Mustang, we paid upfront for twice yearly tire rotation and balance for the lifetime of the tires. We also paid for a three year alignment program. TIRE KINGDOM DOESNT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL...JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE NICE, DOESNT MEAN THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE! I DROPPED MY CAR OFF TO THEM AND THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST $2,000 TO FIX MY BREAKS AND HEAD GASKET AND OIL CHANGE.... I LEFT THAT PLACE AND MY VEHICLE STARTED SMOKING AND ALMOST CAUGHT FIRE,BROKE DOWN ON THE ROAD AND ALL. THEY HAD TO PAY TO GET MY CAR TOWED AND THEN COME TO FINDOUT THEY BROKE MY TRANSMISSION.
