I took my truck to Tire Kingdom in Saint Cloud, FL for an alignment, and what I got back was not just sloppy work — it was dangerous. After the alignment, I started feeling a soft clunk and shifting in the front end. This has been my personal experience with the Tire Kingdom in Saint Cloud, FL. Since my complaint appears to be due to a company-wide policy, this might be true for all locations. When we had Tire Kingdom put new tires on my Mustang, we paid upfront for twice yearly tire rotation and balance for the lifetime of the tires. We also paid for a three year alignment program. TIRE KINGDOM DOESNT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL...JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE NICE, DOESNT MEAN THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE!
