Tire was low by 16 pounds. They did not even offer to fill tire with air. Totally unhelpful. Guy at desk looked higher than the Alps. Went elsewhere and got exceptional service. Will not return to the 14th St. location again even though I have been a loyal and frequent customer for years.

They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and provided excellent service from start to finish.
