The entire bill for testing the battery and purchasing one would be $156.00. My elderly mother decided not to pay the large amount for a battery on a 1997 Saturn. Auto zone does not charge for a battery test. Rediculous. I asked him to reduce the rate and he argued with me. I went out mad.
I spent over $1,200 to have an A/C compressor and other various components replaced. Due to the inexperience and careless work of the techs at this Tire Kingdom my vehicle has been back several times since to have issues related to an improper install rectified. I have since taken my vehicle elsewhere to have the work inspected only to find out these guys still didn't get it right. Gary, the store manager is less than helpful and Joe Schmidt, area director, refuses to return my phone calls.
I have been to this store 4 times and 3 of them have been so unfriendly I finally decided I would never return. I feel uneasy in an auto place because I do not know a lot about cars and have been cheated before. But the men haven't been friendly and make it apparent they would rather laugh and joke with each other than work to complete the customer's order. Grandma told me if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all. But I dont want anyone else to have to deal with the attitudes and incompetence I had to deal with.

When your car is running in tip-top condition, your fuel economy with drastically increase. They are challenging customers to improve their fuel economy with one their 3 auto service packages. I did this and was able to reduce fuel consumption by at least 8%. It's a great way to make a difference without having to buy a hybrid car!
