Very unprofessional service – After having been a customer of NTB for several years, I understand that the company has gone through several changes of ownership, including having been owned at one time by Sears. Now under Tire Kingdom I have received very poor service on a number of occasions, including the company's going to great lengths to avoid honoring warranties.
Great tires at great prices. – Good prices on tires. Great oil change service as well. Best time is early Sunday morning. Quick in and out. Shop around on the tire prices and I think you will find they beat everybody in town.
