I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Tanner. From the moment I tried to explain my concerns, he was extremely rude and repeatedly cut me off instead of allowing me to finish speaking. His overall attitude and demeanor were completely unprofessional and made it seem like he had no interest in resolving the situation or treating a customer with basic respect.
