Just had my first experience at Tire Kingdom on San Jose bv in Jacksonville fl. From the tome i entered the busines, I was greeted by the Manager Mr.Mikko. he was pleasant & professional. He had a vehicle in front of me but stated he would take care of me next. Within a short time I was driving off. I have found a new place for me to take my vehicles. Mikko was great. He helped me get new tires for my truck and saved me hundreds. He was kind and helpful. He steered me in the right direction with good advice. He was straightforward, no nonsense and has an outstanding time. It as timely and effective service and I was there all day waiting around. Got me in, got me out. THANK YOU!
Came in to have a nail in my tire removed today. Received the best service! The technician showed me where my tread was wearing down and advised me to have an alignment done. Will be returning soon for new tires!
The service was outstanding and the manager Mikko was great.
