If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment not once, but twice. Both times they said it would be over an hour wait to even honor the reservation. The employee working at the desk even said "do what we do and go to a quick service place" Really? What a joke! Even their own employees don't recommend this place.

This place - Tire Kingdom - just stripped the threads on my oil pan!!! I am really pissed and let them know it. My almost-new 2016 Honda Pilot. UGH. UGH. They say a new oil pan will be in by tomorrow @ noon. Major loss of income from Uber and Lyft ride requests. UGH
Made appt for one for oil change. Four o'clock not done. Said they where waiting for someone bring them filter. Than they went to get it. 4 miles away. I no the area even in traffic shouldn't take that long
Courteous, professional staff, and dog friendly too! Tires were ready and installed before the promised time at the stated price. Excellent customer service. It was definitely worth the trip to this particular shop. The yelp review was correct. I do recommend!
