Yesterday I decided to get some work done on my gensis gv70 that was requested by the dealership. I called NTB Mesquite and Whitney was very helpful. Told me to bring my car on in and they will take care of me. I needed the work done in a hr and she made sure I didn’t go over my budget. Whitney is very friendly and helpful. Ask for her when you take your car in for service she will take care of you.
Very nice and professional. I knew my battery was going out. The man slim black man helped me and showed compassion for my situation. I've been driving my deceased sisters car for 2 years now and I shared the story with him. He's was very kind and the install was quick, not a lot of waiting. I'll go here again and again for this kind of customer service.
I had an excellent experience at NTB today! Whitney was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Just left here getting my rear tire plugged no.peoblem. This tire place is easy to.work.with good staff and very understanding when things go.wrong.
They were very accommodating and friendly. The transaction was quick— we arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing, and they still welcomed us, patched our tires, and finished everything fast. This is why I always go back to NTB. Thank you NTB.
