I had a great experience at this tire shop. The manager was incredibly helpful and took the time to really understand my situation. They made sure my car was fixed properly without any issues, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What impressed me the most was their dedication—they even stayed after hours to continue working on my car until everything was taken care of. Robert was great! I needed a nail removed and my tire patched, and he took care of it quickly and perfectly. He was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciated how fast he worked and explained everything. I definitely recommend them!
Don is sucha a great employee but im sure you all know that, he's very gentle and understanding, has great empathy and helped me right away, overall I want to make mavis my place for upgrading my car! please make sure you see this cause Don deserves it all and the other workers there are pretty respectful and they just were chefs kiss on my car, my tire cover did come off after driving after they patched it up a bit so I will be back see you soon !
