Called the shop to book a 2pm appointment for a coolant flush and they told me it’ll only tale about an hour max. Got there around 2:08pm, I’ve wait till 4:30pm and they haven’t even started yet. The worst part is no one seems to care to give me an update unless I ask them. I was expecting more from them since they have 4 plus stars on their reviews.
Whitney at NTB was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service – highly recommend!
