Bought 4 new tires . From day one I was constantly putting air in all of them every 3 to 4 days . I'm not talking a little air , I'm talking 15 to 20 pounds in each tire. Decided to bring my car to a mom and pop shop and had them pull the tires off all the rims and reseal. EVERY rim was disgustingly dirty could not have been overlooked , simply I dont care kind of a job ! Never again.

RecommendedJohn Doyle at was a awesome Help and 1 of the most Polite and Understanding manager's I have ever met at a Tire Kingdom, he was also able to get us up and on our way with little notice before closing time and on a Labor day Weekend Sunday. Grabbed our Tires and Left Safe during Tropical Storm Gordon. 💯😁😉 Hyundai Santa Fe 07 😁
Took my car in for an oil change. 2 hours later I get my car back with 3 new lights on my dash. I was told nothing could be done to clear it but nothing was actually wrong and I needed to go to a dealership for them to clear it. I get to the dealership and it is actually a broken wheel sensor and I had to pay them to fix it.
Excellent service! Will definitely be back. They always go the extra mile to keep my car in excellent running condition.
I had a great experience, I recommend this store. Mike and the staff were great. By far the cleanest tire store I have been to.
I like that it is close to my home BUT... The staff doesn't manage the company time well at all. I don't believe it should take 2 hours to install 2 tires. I didn't need an alignment since I had one 6 weeks earlier. My car was taken in and placed on the rack almost immediately, my tires were in stock yet the staff stood around most of the time not working on my car. To a customer's eyes it just looked inefficient.
They broke my rim to my car while trying to change the tire and claimed they didn't do it and got very rude while we wanted to make a claim on it and told my dad they weren't going to listen to his stupidity and put his hand up at me and said he was not talking to me when I was trying to defend my dad and immediately threatened me with the police if I didn't get off his property very bad customer service and bad service period we made a claim personally with the complaints department don't go here find some were else can't b... read more
