In early September, I took my truck in for a tire balance and rotation. Since my black wheels already had a scratch from a previous balance, I politely asked at check-in for extra care to prevent further damage. After picking up my truck, I left for a road trip to Oklahoma. While refueling in Hayes, Kansas, I noticed the lug nut cap was missing from my rear tire, so obviously it was not reinstalled properly.
