Great experience with Duane at Tire Kickers. We had already purchased our pre owned car 4 days prior and was experiencing some noise coming from the rear. Although still under 15 day warranty with dealer, we wanted to have an unbiased assessment before we returned to them. Duane did a thorough inspection and assured us we had a great vehicle at a great price and explained what the problem could be. Dealer resolved it without a problem. I worked with Duane to do a pre-purchase inspection on a 1955 Belair. Duane is one of the best inspectors I've ever worked with. He was on time, very thorough, and communicated well throughout the process. Halfway thru the inspection he called me to let me know that the car was in rougher shape than expected. He sent me multiple pictures and asked if I wanted to continue or we can end the inspection early and he would refund some of the money.
