Could not be happier! They came out to my workplace and did a road force balance on my tires. They even found some other issues that I needed to address.
Tom helped me out so much!! RNR tires messed up on a set of tires and Tom helped me find a new set that worked for my setup on my Mercedes and got the tires in ASAP. They did the work and it turned out amazing! I’ll continue coming here every time I need tires. Thank you guys so much! Very fair pricing as well.
I can't say enough good things about Tom and his crew. I called earlier this week regarding new tires and was a bit scared but Tom's knowledge of tires for my charger set me at ease. His personality is one to sit down and coffee with daily, he is such a nice guy. And this is a veteran owned business. I as a veteran am proud to see a veteran succeeding in his business. I’ve used Tire Heroes twice now. First for my car, they came to my work parking lot and it was a fabulous experience. The second time was for tires on my travel trailer at a campground. Again, it was a great experience!
I’ve had the absolute best experience with these guys. I called them for the first time on a Friday at 9am for four new tires and by noon the same day they were installed at my home. Six days later I punctured one of the brand new tires, called these guys for help at 2pm, and was ready to roll again before 4pm. Tire Heros is the perfect name for this outfit because that’s what they are. 100% recommend without reservation, and can’t imagine buying tires any other way ever again.
