Similar issue as others have stated. My tires were lost in the fire. I have since moved out of the area and everytime im visiting- Im forced to drive there (1hr round trip) to try and speak to someone, only to be told that Phils not there and he'll call me back. Ive been trying for over a year, have spent more than 7 hrs driving back and forth and Im still no further ahead.
AVOID at all cost. This is not how your run a business. They dont answer their phones. I have driven there countless times - everytime it is the same story. The guys working cant answer any questions. I leave my number and they never call back. Its been over a year that I have been trying to retrieve my tires.
It might help if they answered the phone!!
Tried to call these guys 3 times, no voicemail - nothing.
