I bought a vehicle in November and my husband immediately bought winter tires to make sure everything was proper. We took 3 tires to the Tire Guys on Beechwood Road in Collingwood. It's been a nightmare trying to get ahold of the owner or anyone there since the end of November. I would try 2 or 3 times in the morning, then the afternoon. No one ever answered except once. They did a great job swapping the tires off my rims, and the front desk lady was super kind. Unfortunately when I got back in my car it smelt like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it. The whole car smelt so strongly I had to go and ask for air fresheners inside. To me, it was a big deal because the smell really bothers me and I'm also pregnant. It left me really disappointed from an otherwise positive experience.

Booked an appointment and paid online for a tire change for December 27th at 8:30am, arrived prior to appointment time and no one was there. Sat in parking lot until 9:05am, called number and doesn't even have voicemail set up, knocked on door. If not open, should not have allowed appointment to be booked, and now I'm out $124.30 that was paid in advance at time of booking, and ended up having to go to Mr. Lube and spend more money to get a service completed that I booked and paid for with the Tire Guys.
