One star based completely on the guy handling customer service. Very rude and unable to answer my question about how much it would cost to have the rust on the inside of my rim ground down. His answer was repairs start at 29 dollars. I was asking about a very specific repair. I also wanted to know what was wrong with my tire before authorizing the work to be done, instead I was just handed a bill. Not once did I say go ahead and fix the problem. Dan was awesome. He helped us get a great set of tires for our car and truck at an amazing price. Had a new experience with them this time. I was able to buy the tires through my automotive repair facility (Everything Automotive).. they were quick, convenient, and very knowledgeable about the other questions that I had. I will definitely be coming here again
