the tire factory got me on my way while on a family trip with a used tire. I was very happy with the staff and service. I was at able to make it home to have my tire looked at for warranty. very reasonable very respectful
got a flat, and they replaced it with barely used tire at a huge discout over new. in and out in short time

If I could do less than 1 I would. Manager or employees doesn't know what they are doing. Apparently mileage ratings on tires are just an imaginary number the manufactures make but not actually supposed to last that long. Also could find a district number?
As always, excellent service and peace of mind from our Tire Factory. Highly recommended!
They were fast but terrible. They gave me cheaper tires than they said they would and lied to me about it. Never will deal with them again.
