Over priced for used tires that are already dry rot. Tell you valve stems would be included in price, get work done charge you 10$ per valve stem and if you use a card will charge you a extra 10$, I don’t mind paying for a service but be a man of your word and when a price is agreed upon don’t change it when work is done.
