I literally cried. Had my car "fixed" somewhere last year and had about 6 flat tires, a weird wobble after getting the rotors changed and haven't felt safe to drive my Subaru since. Tire exchange put my other tires on, they still have AIR! The stems aren't leaking! I feel safe again. It's been over a year of internal worrying something would happen on the highway. Two times I inquired about getting a quote for tires, the second time I went right inside the business. Both times information was taken from me with a promise that they would call me. I never received any calls. I guess they don’t need my business.
