Absolutely unacceptable experience. We brought both of our vehicles to Mavis for simple tire repairs. Instead of fixing the problem, they damaged both vehicles by breaking the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors. The worst part wasn’t even the damage—it was how they handled it. They admitted they broke my husband’s sensor, then called and asked if he wanted to pay $100 to replace it.
