A standard oil change, early morning, took well over an hour and the service individual broke the handle on the oil dipstick. I understand accidents happen but when they told me it was my problem and they werent responsible, I found that just a little hard to believe. I wont ever return to this Epperly Tire and Automotive store. Recommend you find another place.
