I had an appointment for a break change at 3p. They didn't get started til an hour and a half later. Then proceed to tell me I have the wrong lug nuts on my car. They send someone to Pearl to pick up some and FYI they are $4 a piece. Guy gets back and they have the wrong ones, gotta go back to Pearl. I have NEVER been told I have the wrong lugs til now and when I asked for a discount, I was looked at funny and was told it's not their fault. They can't allow me to leave like that. Really?!
I assume everything they said I needed is true. My first time using TE. How can I be sure they weren’t taking advantage? They didn’t take the time to show me anything. I was also referred to as “sweetie” more than once. I’m a married woman driving a minivan. All customers should be addressed by their name, or at the very least sir or ma’am. Best of luck!
Clint in Flowood and Brandon in the Madison location, have recently gone above and beyond what the typical mechanic or shop offers. Tire Engineers, formerly Upton Tires, has always kept me on the road, appreciated my financial situation, and has passed the honesty/integrity test each and every time. My dealership? Not so much. The customer is secondary to the product’s reputation. Not so, with Tire Engineers. Thanks for the peace of mind✌🏻
Took 4 days to do a 8/9 he job Left my vehicle with greasy hand prints Broke shift knob off And young man Adam I believe was his name rolled his eyes when I went to pick up vehicle and realized it still would not go in to gear However in all fairness manager Clint took real good care of me on Monday am when I went back to express my concerns
