Would highly recommend Mavis tire & brakes! Was traveling and was experiencing a bad vibration. Seen Mavis tire & brakes and pulled in and was taken care of rite away, had my tires rotated and balanced and was back on the road in less than 30min! Vibration was gone and had a much more pleasant trip after that! Ty guys very much!
I don’t know much about cars so I rely on the honesty and integrity of mechanics then pray I don’t get lied to. I went to an express oil change and was told there was a nail in my tire, they could not patch it and that in fact all of my tires were so worn out that I needed to replace all 4! They then gave me a price and tried to have me replace my tires right then. I was so concerned to drive after that but the price was so high, I decided to risk it and drive home. They cost me around 4 grand for damage they did during diagnostics. I took my car in for a slight front end wobble. A lug nut was somehow stuck to the bolt, and they sheared off the bolt while removing the tire. The bolt cannot be pressed out on my car, and I had to take it to a different shop to fix the damage they caused, because they do not have a hub puller. They then refused to pay for any of the damages, and acted like this was all my fault for taking it here to begin with. In hindsight, I suppose it was.
Changed my dad’s tire and did a great job in a timely manner! Highly recommended!!
