This morning, I visited your shop due to an issue with my tyre—it had a nail in it. I initially spoke with the mechanic, who quoted $30 for the repair. However, when I went to the reception to open a ticket, I was told it would cost $170 for a tyre replacement, which was unnecessary. I chose not to proceed and instead went to another tyre shop, where they removed the nail, repaired the tyre, and charged only $20—without replacing the tyre. Please do not overcharge or mislead customers.
Absolutely wonderful and quick service! We thought we needed a new tire, but the team member aired up the tire and was able to determine it could be repaired, which saved us a ton! Highly recommend.
