Best customer service
Have to change my review from 5 to 1. I've had great experiences at both Mavis locations, but I do not trust them any longer as long as they have this one employee working here. The guy shouldn't be allowed to wash a vehicle much less work on one. Management at this location knows who I'm talking about. Do not let this individual anywhere near your vehicles. Good prices on tires, which is why I’ve been here a few times. This last time, however, they majorly screwed up the alignment on my car so it pulls to the right really bad now. I took it back in to them so they could correct it because it wasn’t doing that before. I dropped it off and they called me back (suspiciously quick) and said the realignment was done, which was clearly a lie because when I drove the car again nothing had changed.
