I called in this morning and told u guys that I had a new tire that needed to be put on my car and said that I would be in after work. I got there at roughly around 3:30pm and was told that someone would get to me. An hour passed and nothing. My husband went to talk to someone and told them how long we've been there. Stay away. Rude and no customer service. Went to Tire Doctor for a state inspection. The man behind the counter said one word to me: “inspection?” I answered yes. He never said how long the wait might be, whether they were busy, or anything else. He answered phone calls. Looked at his computer. And went out to the shop. After 20 minutes, I left.
This is the place. Absolutely great experience, highly recommend it. Not only tires but other problems you might have with your car. Just ask, they will either fix it or explain to you what to do. Very professional and yet friendly and welcoming!
