Extremely poor service: I will Never go there again.
This is one of the most Unprofessional businesses that I have ever encountered in life. I was there for close to 2 hours, but ended up leaving because of the Extremely poor service. There was a man that arrived at least 40 minutes behind me that was waited on promptly. This is my second experience like this at this company. I plan to file complaints with the BBB and other similar establishments to call attention to this sexist discrimination practice. It is totally unacceptable.
No O available, so had to give I.Family member made appt to have set of tires installed, was told 1-1 hr. 15 min. Maximum. Had vehicle at place on time. Took Over 2 hrs. Appt made due to appointment that had to be kept later on that morning. Grunt was playing footsie with girlfriend in parking lot, otherwise time promised would have been kept, probably.
