I didn't realized that the Eastgate Tire Discounters had been closed an hour when I showed up with a leaking tire. They ended up staying open another 1.5 hours and patched my tire free of charge. I thought I looked up their closing time, but I looked at the wrong thing. So, they ended up being open almost 3 hours after closing to help out their customers. All of the employees were nice. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They really helped me out.

Garrett, the General Manager here has a reputation for his bad attitude and we got to witness it first hand tonight. Had my 70 year old mother’s car towed to this location because it was convenient. She needed her starter replaced. We supplied the part ourselves since TD wants to mark up 250% on the same Autozone branded part. Garrett proceeds to say the labors gonna cost $177 after tax!
