Slow service with bad attitudes...told about an hour and waited 3 hours. Would have gladly dropped it off if I was told the truth about timing. Had to wait on tire. Everyone that came in after me was taken care of long after my tire arrived. I was pushed to the back of the line.
Definitely not impressed
I have been a long time customer of 18+ years with Tire Discounters. I have moved to different stores of Tire Discounters as the quality of service has dwindled and my vehicles were coming back to me damaged. Upon moving my business to the Eastgate location about 1 1/2 years ago, I have spoken with team members each time I dropped off my car and would ask that they walk the car with me so we all knew what damage was already on my car in case new issues showed up upon me picking it back up. I had an 11:00 appointment and was quoted about an hour for the work, so I decided to wait in the lobby since I live about 30 minutes away. After an hour and a half, I was told I needed additional work and that it would take another hour. At 3:00 I checked in again and was told it would be about 30 more minutes. My car is now finished, and the total time ended up being over five hours. I understand delays and busy days happen, but no one kept me updated unless I asked.
