Quick service but the customer service and overall experience was excellent. Meason took the time to put my tire on my truck even though I just dropped off the tire with the flat. Even put the spare away for me. Great guy and great experience. Appreciate it!
Service manager Larry Molloy was able fixed/ replaced my tire sensors while they were giving others difficulties trying to diagnose the issue. His work is productive/efficient while in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend!
When I started my car on the first snowy AM this year the car screen said there was a problem with my tire pressure. I could not figure out the use of the screen. I am not skilled in technology! I drove to Eastgate and spoke to Mason, who reassured me that he would check each tire pressure, fill as needed and would show me how to use the screen next time car reported a problem to me! I called at 7:59 am Monday morning, asked if they could fit an alignment in. The man said yes, I came and they said it would be an hour. I told the man I was going to walk to Walmart and I'd be back in an hour. I came back into and my car had not even been worked on and when I said you told me it would be an hour they said there was people with appointments.
