Took my truck to the Eastgate Tire Discounters location for new tires, brakes, front shocks, and U Joint replacement. Total bill was around $7,000. After picking up the truck noticed a leak in the rear differential, parking brake didn’t work, and a bad vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I scheduled to have the vehicle brought in to address the issues. After having the truck for another 3 days. First the store tried to upscale me three times when I stated exactly what I wanted they still tried to upscale me.. I went in I told them the exact tires I want that I found on thier website, the salesman then quoted me on a tire $100 more each, saying they didnt have the tire I wanted, when I asked him to show me his computer screen to look at tires. The tires I originally wanted were listed and were available, so he literally just lied to me to try and get 400 more dollars out of me, then the shop told me my brake pads we... read more
