Needed a tire replaced. Got me in and out in a timely manner.
What a fantastic experience today!!! I knew something was wrong with one tire, as it kept deflating, but there was something more that I was unable to describe other than saying "it feels off when I turn." The crew there took that piece of information and ran with it. It turned out my front two tire rods were soooo loose! My rear brake pads were almost metal on metal! Thank you to the whole crew! I came here a couple weeks ago for a wheel/tire balancing because I had a slight wobble going highway speeds. Everyone was perfectly nice and agreed a tire balancing would fix it. When I asked how bad the tires were balanced beforehand, and they said they don't know. When I asked why not, they just said they didn't check and just rebalanced them. It obviously did not fix the wobble. So I don't have any evidence that they even balanced my tires in the first place. I took it to another shop and they balanced the tires and said... read more
