Carlos and the team are TOP TIER!!! I was in need of last minute tire service and they did not hesitated to go above and beyond. With it being the week of Thanksgiving, I’m so grateful that they were able to get me in and out on the same day I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
Went in for an appointment at 10am and asked for a tire rotation and alignment check. I was told I might have to wait an hour before my car could be worked on which was fine. Unfortunately I waited there for 3.5 hours and only received a rotation. Carlos was very apologetic about the issue, I’ve been here before and have had good experiences. Just stinks to lose my morning and be late to work due to something so simple.
