Gus is great provided amazing service got my tire ordered arrived the day & time he said. Fast service great staff.
I had heard great things from a friend so I took my car there to get an alignment. I went online and scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior. Only to wait over an hour before my car was taken back to the car bag. I was extremely understanding as this was a Saturday morning and they were busy. Absolutely Great Service!!!!
I have utilize this shop a few times before. But l’m very unsatisfied with their service this time. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle last Thursday. My vehicle is still there for last 10 days, In which I have lost those days of work. they have ordered the same part three times and they got it wrong. Then they try to Modify the ordered part to fit my vehicle. , And apply it to my truck. I was told there’s nowhere in the state of Georgia that has a driveshaft for my Nissan. Five star customer service when dealing with Gus and Edwin. They went above expectations to make sure my car was within spec and took care of me in a timely manner even when they are super busy. side note: i did have to revisit due to certain techs lacking attention to detail and forgetting center caps, sensor caps, and steering wheel alignment centering, but they got it fixed the day after.
