The gentleman at this location went above and beyond today and I can’t thank them enough! My family was in Mason today for a medical procedure at the children’s center, and our adapted van door malfunctioned and wouldn’t shut, 2 hours away from home. This company has always been great to us down in Louisville, so we drove up the block and stopped, hoping they would help. Three gentlemen spring into action and made sure the door was safe enough for us to get home. These men have hearts of gold!
Excellent professional and courteous interaction. Great job taking care of my pride and joy car. I’ll be coming back to this location!
Really appreciate the guys at the Kings Mills Road TireDiscounters in Mason OH. From Taylor taking my initial call to Brian checking me in and ringing me out, Roberto performing the work and Malachi giving a final inspection... top notch all around. Didn't receive my $80 rebate for 4 Michelin Tires. I submitted everything, but was told the full-page receipt didn't meet the requirements and that a paper credit card machine was required. I was required to verify my address 5 times, but they refused to issue the rebate. I called Tire Discounters, explained the issue, and they said they would look into it and call me back.
