I thought the service was great and the price very reasonable!
Great Manager, excellent tech advice from him. 1.25 + hr to patch a tire with an appointment was excessive in my opinion given the complexity of the damage (single entry, smooth .12” diameter pin in the tire). Still one of my favorite tire shops.
After a horrible experience at another location, I swore to take my paying business elsewhere. However, since I still had two cars with tires that come with a "FREE Lifetime Tire Maintenance," I sought the tire rotations at this location since it opened after the prior bad experience. On my most recent visit, this location indicated lifetime does not exceed 6 years. What?! My tires are 7 years old.
