I've been at other Tire Discounters and it has always been a great experience but today this place exceeded my expectations and the gentlemen there were the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service and reasonable prices.
I was in town to attend an event when I discovered I had a partially flat tire. I went to Tire Discounters to check it out and possibly replace the tire. Taylor worked for over an hour on my car trying to determine the cause, but they couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. They cleaned up my wheels, checked the inflation on all four tires, and didn't charge me anything for their time and effort. Outstanding service! 10/10 would recommend.
Taylor is phenomenal! We to this location after a bad experience at the Kenwood location and they did everything they could to fix my tire issue. They were respectful and courteous the entire time. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were heard and addressed them appropriately. This is the only location I will go to moving forward. Highly recommend!
Have bought tires from Tire Discounters for years and have never been disappointed with the products or services! Very professional and cordial.
