I had a leaky tire that needed to be addressed. I called at 330 and told them I would be in by 4. As they were replacing the tire, I asked if I could get an oil change while I was there. I got the new tire and the oil changed at a reasonable price. I was out the door before 530. I am very happy with the experience
As a customer service worker myself, I have a high tolerance for employees. However, the person at the front desk is incredibly rude. This has been a recurring theme, as I remember her from my last service. I typically have great experiences at TD, but the front desk customer service the last few times here specifically has been subpar at best. Which is sad because the manager, Stephen, is great and friendly! If you’re in the Cincinnati area and can make it down to NKY, the team in Covington is always so friendly and fast.
They squeezed me in on a busy morning to fix a problem another shop couldn't handle. Turns out it was pretty simple and they didn't even charge me for the work! We already bought one set of four tires last season and I'll be going back again for another car this year. It's 20 minutes out of my way and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
