I am so happy!!! Firestone on South State Street said my flat tire needed to be replaced instead of patched, and that I should buy 2 new tires (cause you shouldn't buy 1). I took it here for a second opinion and they said my tire had a lot of tread left on it and it was an easy repair. They fixed it in a few minutes! They saved me $1k! I like their honesty and I will come here for my tires!
Andrew B. was attentive when I first called the shop. He took the time to explain what availability he had to fix my tire giving me options that worked for the both of us. When I called back to see if he could see me sooner, he not only could but he was honest and transparent about how much time he would need. Very personable when writing up the invoice at checkout and all around made me feel like a valuable customer and not just a number. Thanks Andrew, for being patient, kind and personable. You stand out above the rest.
I had to call again the same day to reschedule my appointment again bc it was never booked, but they still got me in the day I was supposed to be in, and took care of my two of my tires. After the first part they were really great
