Angela and her team were fantastic. Friendly, prompt, professional, and competively priced.
I came in to the Westerville location today for a balance or alignment initially, and Andrew Bowerman was the one who helped me. He told me I needed new tires and he went over the different options on what is recommended. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. My Car drives much better and quieter. And thanks to the technicians who got my car fixed up.
I purchased four new tires from this location on Black Friday 2025. Two days later, after only driving the car home from the store, I returned to find that three of the four brand new tires were completely flat. I’m disappointed that such a major issue occurred immediately after installation, and even more concerned that the store appeared to be operating with a skeleton crew on one of the busiest travel weekends of the year.
