I was in an emergency in Christiansburg, Virginia with a flat trailer tire. Amber Rorrer, General Manager and her team came to my rescue. They were all very friendly and courteous. My tire was replaced and I was back on the road within an hour and a half. I couldn’t have asked for any better service from the team and would recommend them to everyone. A+++
Well I went there. They charged me too much money. They told me that my thermostat was bad and then I had a bad sensor so they replaced it and then there was a defect in it and charged me a lot of money
Amber was awesome. So was the other girl working the counter but I didn't catch her name. We pre paid a day or 2 before and I was in and out with a tire change, alignment, and oil change. Even short handed with the techs it was done in less than 2 hours. All that for half what the dealership wanted to charge for the same tires. I'm very pleased.
These guys are top notch. Super honest and will advise on your options that fall in your price range. Outstanding service. Will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs.
I had a great experience with tire discounters today. Unfortunately I had a trailer pin puncture my tire and it lost air immediately. Zach, the service manager, walked me thru my options and different pricing. He had my new set ordered in minutes. Hours later I was driving on four new. Great customer service with Zach. I would recommend.
