I stopped by to ask for air in a tire. I told the guy I thought it was the front right but I wasn't sure because my car does not specify, just how it felt. He smirked and asked "oh your not sure which tire? My wife has a 2015 and it shows her". That's nice but my car is a 2013 and does not have that option. It felt like I was interrupting a service they offer after waiting to ask. The employees that worked there a couple years ago were a lot more polite and customer friendly.
Beyond words, how grateful I am to the staff here. The professionalism, honesty and care y’all have is amazing! I am extremely grateful and thankful for all your help today.
The manager, Amber, and team were excellent! Skilled and professional service all around. Shop and waiting lobby are clean and comfortable. I witnessed excellent customer service by the manager to each customer on the phone or walk in. She was over the top busy as the only front line associate. Amazing customer service and very welcoming even though my appointment was set for right when they open. Gave me a good deal and didn’t wait too long to get my tires changed and practically a free oil change as well. Highly recommend this store vs the one in upper Christiansburg
