6년 전에 샀던 새 차가 35k 마일을 넘어 타이어를 바꾸게 되었다. 동네 근처에서 타이어를 다루는 샵 중에 평점이 좋은 다섯 군데를 돌면서 직접 견적을 받았다. 원하는 서비스는 tire replacement, wheel alignment, transmisson oil change, and differential oil change였다. 여기가 다른 네 곳에 비해 대략 200달러 이상 저렴했다. 특히 미쉐린 rebate로 나온 100달러 할인과 휠 얼라인먼트 무료인게 컸던 것 같다. 타이어를 주문하고 3일 만에 서비스를 받을 수 있었다. 타이어를 전부 바꾸는 고객이라서 엔진 오일 교체도 무료로 받았다. 100달러 정도를 더 아낀 셈이다. 매니저가 자동차에 진심인 게 느껴졌다. 말을 잘 못 알아듣는 나에게도 친절하게 설명해줬다. 가격 면에서나 서비스 면에서나 여기를 강력 추천한다!

Great shop, they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need they did the services I asked and nothing more did great work and if a mistake is made they will fix it. Best shop I’ve been to in the area.
