I took my car here in May or June, because I had a slow leak in my tire. They said I couldn’t make an appointment for a plug/patch, but to just bring it by and would take no more than a few hours. Well, 4 hours go by, and I called the store, and it is still not ready. I get an Uber to the store and walked in and asked if my car was ready, because I need it back (6 hours after I dropped it). The salesman (Emmanuel I think) iterated he had trouble with the tire delivery of the tires we had agreed on so he upgraded the tire significantly for the same quoted price. Worth the wait. Thank you Tire Discounters.
Avoid this place at all costs!!! So I dropped my wife’s vehicle off cause it was pulling to the right and had a vibration after a road trip up from Alabama, I requested an alignment service, and rotation and balance and an oil change, thinking this would fix the issue as the tech agreed. After receiving the car they didn’t replace the oil sticker and the car still pulled to the right and had a vibration. Emmanuel and the team at TD are amazing! Incredible customer service.
Called about pricing the day before I went in to get tires changed. They gave me the best price of the 4 other service centers I called. When I arrived they took my keys changed the tires then told me it was $400 more than price given the day before. I had no choice but to pay. Complete scam. Would not recommend
