Customers BEWARE/ 0 Stars if I could; On October 11, I went to Tire Discounters in Beavercreek/Fairborn for an alignment check/alignment. Just a routine service item. I'm normally wary of big chain stores, but thought "hey, they advertise alignments, they do a lot. They're probably good at them". Wrong. Starting off, I was charged for a four wheel alignment while my vehicle (a truck with a solid rear axle) only calls for a front end/two wheel alignment. Bought tires a year ago the 2 front tires both were bald had threads showing and the back 2 wont hold air . We talked to them and they wrte not willing to replace or discount new tires . Its ridiclous i dont think they did front end alignment on car when i got tires . Basically they said i was sol . Nevrr buy tires again from this plave substandard tires poor customer service
I needed tires and an alignment on my car. The place was clean and the workers were so patient and helpful!!! I will return when the need arises!
My husband and I took his car here to get a tire patched and an oil change a month ago it took 2.5 hours and was told there was no way to patch the tire so had to buy a new which was fine but the oil change and tire cost almost $300 aside that a week ago his oil light came on so he took his car to get the oil light addressed and the oil plus was most out and there was no oil in his car.
