Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. I blew out a tire driving down the road. Once I got my spare on, I came into Tire Discounters in Oak Ridge. Andrew greeted me at the door, checked my tires, explained why it probably blew out. After that, he found me the exact tires I needed. He gave me a couple of choices. He made it a fun and easy experience, especially after my concerns about the blown tire. I will make sure that Andrew is the one I go to from now on. Thank you Andrew so much for all your help!!
Andrew and the general manager took good care of us. We had an appointment at 1 for 4 new tires installed. We were out of there by 2:05!!! So super fast service!! At checkout the general manager gave us a tiny Jesus. Great visit!! Will be back for future car needs.
Andrew and his team were amazing. I came in at the end of the day and they could have sent me on my way but they did not. They stopped what they were doing and fixed it. They were so kind and such servant leadership hearts. Thank you Tire Discounters!
Absolutely phenomenal service and great staff. Got my tire repaired in about 30 mins on a decently busy day. I would absolutely recommend them.
This place was incredible they checked out all the parts I was questioning needing replaced and told me they weren’t in disrepair yet and even demonstrated how they were able to tell that. Andrew Mitchell made sure my experience was top tier and Jessie did a great job explaining everything to me. I highly recommend them for service.
