Went here because I was in the area but had installed in Lawrence. Waited over an hour for them to fix the issue but it was like my fault that it took so long? Busy? Me too! Where I just waited 2 hours the night before. So please. Just was not friendly. Didn’t act like anyone really knew what was going on.
One of the worst experiences, took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change keeping in mind I have an appointment that was set up and I got there 15 minutes early. Definitely will not do business there anymore

We went here after a TERRIBLE experience at another Tire Discounter. Jamie the store manager is AMAZING!!! We wanted to double check the work we had done at another tire discounter and she was honest and upfront explained things clearly and was patient. I also observed that she was patient with all of her employees! This experience saved our view of tire discounter and made us stay with this brand for our car and tire rotation and work etc. Greta leadership and communication.
