Got a scary wobble in the front of the car Tuesday, we're not from Indy but we were nearby, called and asked if they could look at it, they said come on in. Gave us a list of what was wrong real quick and didn't mind us having to wait forever for our ride. Kind, honest folks here, glad for the personable and knowledgeable support. Thanks again!
I came in a few days ago looking to get my wheels realigned. I talked to someone at the desk, and was told it’d be about 30 minutes, so I waited in the lobby until I saw my car pulled up to the front. Expecting to pay, I went up to the desk and was told that nothing was done to my car for the last 30 minutes I waited there. Absolute horrendous of a service came in for an engine oil change, which took two hours and then after I got back home, my house keys were missing, which was misplaced by their staff which costed me even more time to drive back-and-forth just to locate the house keys, which they had misplaced And the guy upfront was so rude for not accepting a mistake which they made
Great service! Called for a last-minute oil change and got added for an appointment an hour later. We were in and out in 90 minutes. Much appreciated!
