This was a terrible experience. I waited four hours for an oil change that was initially communicated with at check in would only take one hour. First, when They tried to pull my car up in the system, they could not find my car associated with my name and phone number. Not only have I brought this car to this location, but my 6 other cars also come to this location. Lifesavers! I recently tried my own rotors and pads but got frustrated and looked for someone who could install. Thankfully I had OEM parts in the box ready to go and go them installed the same day. Thanks again!
