I had such a wonderful experience here. Tonia had excellent customer service and made sure I got my taillight changed in a timely manner.
Tire discounters hooked a brother up. 4 new tires, windshield wipers, oil change, alignment, rotation, road hazard, & a 5th tire just a few days later. Not to mention i get my car back the same day I drop it off. THANK YOU Kyle & Leigha for the great service.
Great experience today at the Independence Tire Discounters! Friendly folks! Fair price! Great work! The manager, Kyle, took excellent care of me and made sure things went well after I disclosed I had a somewhat unfortunate experience at a different location! I'll be back!
EDIT: The district manager for this location reached out and they have made some internal changes. They got me in and resolved the issues and clarified they were always supposed to work on teslas, just had some associates without proper training. The new crew here seems to be on top of their game. I used to bring my car here all the time. I chose this one specifically. I’ve came to Tonia Tucker about 3-4 times now for brand new tires for my Lexus & Mercedes & will be back next time! She always takes care of me & is so nice , I would definitely recommend going to her at Tire discounters for your vehicle needs.
