Made an appointment to get two new tires. I arrived 10 minutes early. It took an hour before they started on my vehicle. 5 people came into the waiting area, and left again during the two hours it took to complete my installation. No explanation, no "are you happy with our service?", no thank you. My first experience with Tire Discounters was not a good one.
Got tires here for free alignment then got oil changed at dealer and they tell me it’s out of alignment. Came back to tire discounters and literally waited at counter for 15 minutes before someone came out of the shop to finally ask if I needed anything. They said they’d check the alignment but it would be about an hour. Decided to wait, so walked to Kroger and shopped for an hour.
