About a year ago or so I had my tires replaced, while my truck was there they called and said my wheel bearing needed replaced so I told em to go ahead and do it. Boy was that a MISTAKE. My truck sounded like shit, rattled like hell, and they left some stuff unattached which led to my truck dying at a red light. After traveling 2,400 miles, I urgently needed an oil change and tire rotation. Audi couldn't get me in and wouldn't work with my schedule at all. I came over to this Tire Discounters location instead. Victor Beltran was amazing—he went above and beyond to get my car right in last minute and even jumped in to do the hands-on work himself. Super helpful staff and top-tier service. They definitely earned this 5-star review!
This location is very efficient and my tire rotation was done in 30 minutes. They also have a cute kids area to keep them occupied. All employees are knowledgeable and really attentive.
Been a loyal customer to TD for many decades. Now that we have the Independence, KY TD, it makes it even more convenient. I made appointment for the rotation, and they got me in like the next day. I waited only 1 hour for the great thorough service that I am used to getting at TD. The waiting area is really nice and bottled water and coffee are provided for customers.
