If you are looking for a friendly, courteous, honest, and thorough establishment to have your vehicle worked on, you need to see Tonia and her team in Independence! After calling to see about getting our personal SUV (my Fleet vehicle is serviced there too) in for a suspension sound I was hearing, I spoke with Tonia who said bring it right up. One star is what it gets because I have to leave 1 star to.lelave a review. I made an appointment for 9am dropped my car off it sat all day in the same spot without being touched, they didnt bother to call me and let me know that they couldnt get to it, I show up at 4pm to find they were going to keep.the car another day since they didn't have time for me even though I booked an appointment and was told it will be done by 4pm. I won't go back here ...EVER! Tonya isnt the nicest person I met either.
Tonia and Mitchell were very nice! Tonia went out of her way to do her due diligence and go above and beyond to help me get my car running smooth! 10/10 would come here again!
Mitchell is very professional and consistent with his position. He follows all prescribed DOT regulations and provides excellent customer service. I will be back in the future. Please give Mitchell the recognition he deserves. And a promotion!
