This store has the best customer service in the world. Tonia, hands down will go the extra mile for your needs. Just love the store. Customer for life here
My husband took his Jeep here to have an oil change as well as tire rotation. He gets all of his maintenance as needed/ scheduled and typically goes here for that. Thursday evening the vehicle was ready for pick up. We picked it up brought it home. Friday morning he went to work and on his way home from work he pulled over as his friend noticed smoking and oil pouring out. Went into this place from a friend referral. Had an oil change and tires replaced and if it wasnt for Kyle working at the Independence location I would have been lost. I was very impressed by his professional appearance and customer service. He knew all the answers to every question I had and found great tires within my budget.
