Great customer service! The manager took time to explain the problems with my car in terms that I understood.
Everyone at the store in Independence, Ky is friendly and helpful. They were wonderful!! Jim got us checked in and started the process, Tonia worked to get part of the work covered by our warranty and Blaine got us checked out and ready to go!
Tonia Tucker was amazing. I needed tires and she made everything so easy. I will definitely go see her again if I need anything done to my car

I had my oil changed by Valvoline. Valvoline broke my oil filter and created an oil leak but blamed Tire Discounters for work that Tire Discounters had done some *9 months* earlier. It seems unlikely to me that Tire Discounters caused the problem but I went to Tire Discounters for help. Tire Discounters showed me the damage that Valvoline had caused, including an actual hole in the filter housing.
