I have had a couple of great experiences at Tire Discounters in Decatur. Friendly, honest, and fair—definitely earned my business for good! Update for 2026: My experience has been so good that I wrote a positive review only to find out that I already wrote one a few years ago!
Update: Apparently TD still doesn’t understand or appreciate the fact appointments are kinda important for customer satisfaction. If you only have 2 technicians working (I only saw 1) don’t accept more appointments than you can reasonably handle. I don’t appreciate waiting for an hour when I took time to make an appointment. Just tell me you don’t have enough staff and schedule me another day! I’m not sure why TD accepts service appointments! Went it for a alignment and tire balance and rotation (didn’t get the alignment it done because of vehicle suspension) and they gave me the balance and rotation on the house. Will be back when I get everything situated!!!
I went in for an issue that they didn’t even cause and they fixed it for me, FREE OF CHARGE! So nice to deal with.
Local place was closed. Went in for a tire patch for a nail in tire. Got me right in. When I went to pay, he told me to have a nice day and there was no charge. He has gained a customer. Thank you Andrew
