Went to get my tire repaired, they did a great job repairing the tire. But later when I got home, I noticed brown scuff area on the wall of the tire with these little cuts. It looks like the machine or something scrapped it. But when I brought it in the next day. The manager or something is like oh that’s pothole damage or from a curb. Well I legitimately live 1 minute away. I asked him if it would damage the durability and he said no so didn’t seem like a problem but said my tires are bad. Had a flat tire I needed to get fixed and after calling a ton of places and them not being able to help me for a number of reasons, I finally got ahold of Gage the GM here. They had my tire and got me right in. I live right next door so I carried the flat tire there and Gage had one of their incredibly generous technicians, Miguel, drive me back to my place so I didn't have to carry it. Could not thank both of these gentlemen enough for their outstanding service and just being great people!
I went in looking to buy a new tire. They offered to patch my tire for free instead. It turned out great. I am just embarrassed that they didn't accept any money.
I had a flat. They could have upsold a new tire but repaired it for free. Kind staff. Fast service.
