I had an appointment to get new tires installed yesterday. When I showed up it was clear, that wasn’t going to happen. Nobody told me, but the line was lengthy at this point. So I left. When I came back this morning, the manager did the install for free to make things right. These guys have done all my tire installs for the past few years, highly recommend.
I took my vehicle for an alignment check, and do the alignment if it is necessary. I gave them a call in advance, and I was told that they can take my vehicle right in. I had do wait for over two hours. HOWEVER, I saw their approach to the different customers; explaining everything as simple as possible. The guy with a cowboy hat pulled a chair by every single customer and explained the steps (except me lol). This place used to be great! Now they're no better than Discount Tire. Appointments are a joke. Had an "appointment" for my wife's car for rotate and balance at 1pm on a Friday and didn't walk out until 3:30. I did the same for my car a week later a 2pm. I had to walk out after 70 minutes since my car still wasn't on a lift and I had to leave. The only reason I came back was for the lifetime rotate and balance but this isn't worth it. Time to find a new tire place.
This was my third positive experience with this place. Super friendly and got me in right away. I stopped in today with a simple request and they were able to get me set up within an hour and didn’t charge me for it. This will definitely be my go to tire shop.
