Spent $1600 on a full set of tires. Never had one single dash light on. Picked it up and the tire monitor system came on and showed a flat tire. My husband put air in but it registered under a different tire. Called them and they told me to bring it in to be relearned. Did that. They charged me $110 for a synthetic oil change ain't no way I'm going back
This location is a mess. They damaged all 4 wheels and center caps on my truck. It was bad. Bad enough that it seamed intentional. I noticed before I left and brought it to the manager attention. He denied any responsibility without ever speaking with any mechanics. The mechanic went to social media blasting me and my truck. I am not the only one who left there with a damaged vehicle. Brandon warned me they were full and might not be able to get my flat replaced - I still had over two hours of driving to get home... He pulled it off though and got me out of a tight spot despite not really having the capacity / staffing. Thanks Brandon!
