Shop charged my credit card twice then refused to refund the double charge. Mgr Nick Heflin said he couldn’t do anything. I filed a police report and suddenly he decided to work on refunding the charge. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a consideration here
We have gone to Tire Discounters over 15 years. At Lawrenceburg store, Nick, Corey and their team have usually went the extra mile and and kept the cost down. When we got quotes from another shop here lately, their quote was almost half. They were femoninal. Thanks again, Nick. Corey and your team
My appointment was at 830am. They didn't even start on my car until 1030am.. why are we making appointments if thats the case.
