Thoroughly inspected car and provided necessary repairs
Trash Service. Had to take 4 trips to this store, "tire tech specialists" are young kids that lie to you, blame you for issues that weren't a problem prior to coming here for the first time ever. One kid admitted that the guy who changed my tire didn't use the proper tools which resulted in scrapes around my lug nuts all the way down to the bare metal and told me to just paint it. Do not have your cars serviced here. This place purposefully aligned my new tires to a negative tow which makes the tires bow out and cause uneven wear and future problems. They made us come back a second time to fix the alignment they got wrong the first time. They did not replace the valve stems for the new tires until we noticed that they were still the old ones. I choose this place over Pipe Slinger in Aurora ...bad decision. I was verbally quoted $3000 for 3 catalytic converters. This is a ton of money for me and I have an older car, but I went ahead. Got my car back and within a week it started making a noise. I thought it was my muffler so I took it to Dan's muffler shop in Bright and he put it on a lift and said it was my (new) catalytic converter! AND THAT MY 3RD CONVERTER WAS ORIGINAL.
