Hendersonville Tn , The manager and manager trainee need to be on their staff tire discounters is awesome as a hole but it does not take 3 hours to put on rotors and brakes. I waited three days and five hours just to get my tire changed and it was a unnecessary amount of my time and money
Let me preface this review by saying I can count on one hand how many reviews I've done in my lifetime, and this being the first negative one. I've taken my cars to Tire Discounters for a number of years - purchased tires, oil changes, and brakes - and have found them to be reputable and an overall good value. However, earlier this week I took my son's car in for an oil change. No one enjoys spending $1,000 on new tires but the crew at West Chester Tire Discounters made it a great experience. Great price AND they picked up and dropped off my car...valet service 100% free! Thanks, Rob, Maddie and the rest of the crew!!!
I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff especially Heidi makes me feel that I am Important and is always very helpful
Do not come here unless you want to spend a ton of money and not get the repairs done. Talk you up and sell you good. Don’t fall for it and do not use this company!
This place is very unprofessional, very unorganized. They say their services cost one price,then when it’s time to pay its way more then originally said to be. We seen that our vehicle was done and continued to wait because the staff was more worried about entertaining themselves instead of taking care of customers. We had to go to the counter ourselves to ask for the keys and to pay while their were 4 employees just standing around singing and cracking jokes with one another. Also dated the sticker incorrectly.
Dont pay cash, get a receipt, and ask for the old parts back. If you dont want disappointment and heasaches like me.
