I was there today. waiting at counter & the counter guy answered the phone and continued the conversation while I stood there all along. he should have asked the person on the phone to hold. stood there 12 m then walked out. horrible customer service.

Recommendedservice was fast and done correctly, a little pricey though
paid $60 to have my tires removed from the rim because there was mud inside it and to have them re balanced got home took my tire off bounced it off the groundand they didnt even take my tire off the rim to remove the debris inside of it. very unhappy will be calling the manager monday .
My tires made a world of difference in how my car drives. They was very quick ,everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend them.

This location is clean has nice employees and very reasonable pricing. I walked in with no appointment and my cars was taken care of in no time.
I went to tire discounters on springboro pike for new tires yesterday! All the employees were super helpful! I got 4 brand new tires in less than an hour, for super inexpensive! I can’t thank them enough for their fair pricing, helpful employees, and prompt service! I will definitely be using them for any other car needs!
Excellent customer service. Bought new tires. I had a bent rim that required additional weight. The manager let me find a new rim, bring it back same day for free mount and balance. Would definitely recommend going forward
